Wedding Planning and Rentals at North Star Gatherings

Providing Wedding Planning services and Rentals for this Celestial styled wedding at North Star Gatherings in Clear Creek County Colorado was absolutely amazing. It’s always refreshing when a group of wedding vendors put their creative minds together to build an incredible wedding day as an inspiration to couple’s that may be considering a similar vibe for their wedding day, or looking for wedding ideas to re-create at an amazing blank canvas of a venue like North Star Gatherings.

For this shoot we wanted to utilize the natural beauty of the venue while incorporating a darker themed celestial vibe. Our vendors truly went above a beyond to make this wedding inspiration come to life. We had a local artist paint all of our dinner plates for the guest tables to create a unique palette with the darker bold colors. We then added pops of gold to bring it all together with our tall gold trumpet vases for centerpieces and gold silverware. We utilized our velvet navy table runners to bring in our navy color palette as well as show off our winter wedding season.

For our florals we decided to really go elaborate on all pieces. Our florist hand died all our our Pampas grass as well as threw in gold pops of dried elements into the bouquets, arch ceremony sprays, and all of our centerpieces. We decided to dig into our wedding rental item inventory and combine our acrylic pillars and bride and groom chairs for a pop of modern feels. We also used our giant black moon ceremony arch for the couples back drop and it could not have been more perfect with the gorgeous rocky mountain views as our backdrop for there ceremony.

Our giant marquee letters made for some fun photo ops for our group as well as a great cocktail hour addition to keep your guests busy. After all, who doesn’t love a good photo op? One thing we have noticed as wedding planners in the last few years is that weddings are becoming a little stagnant and repetitive. We want to change that for our clients. We notice that there are so many little details and changes that could be made during the wedding planning process that are more often overlooked by most planners. We want to change that. We will always sit down with our clients and create custom and unique color palettes, invitations, and we always include our custom event design packet for our clients.
